The petrol station often places cones at the entrance, which lack proper visibility, especially at night. Despite the presence of open electric chargers and the shop, these cones obstruct access. Situated along a busy dual carriageway with a somewhat concealed entrance, this poses a significant risk when committed to turning in only to find it closed. Closure of the entire forecourt seems unnecessary when alternative facilities are operational. Clear, individual signage on pumps in case of fuel unavailability could prevent potential dangers. Urgent improvements are needed to avoid potential fatal accidents in the future.

I feel like the prices are good compared to that of nearby towns. Can get a bit busy during rush hours, but that's to be expected. Staff are generally helpful and polite.

Bad experience with one of the member of staff today morning 12.05.2023... I've scanned the Shell Go app and I've paid for my coffee but the guy at the counter asked me to pass my phone over the counter " TO SHOW ME SOMETHING" ..And guess what ? He got into my Shell App and he tried to give excellent feedback on the app ...?♂️ What a disrespectful behaviour..

Went to fuel my car and got a pint of milk. By the time I got home, half of the milk had spilled all over my bag and I found that the seal was broken?
Honestly the worse petrol station in Hertfordshire.During the day and night. Any driver with a commercial vehicle has to pay first before the authorise pumps. During nighttime’s I fully understand but when a fleet of vans arrive for fuelling it’s uncalled for and hassle. Won’t be using again
