Really, really chill vibe in the Starbucks located in the Cineworld. Felt very at odds with most Starbucks you go in that are busy. The only downside is that they don't accept/give loyalty points.Would definitely come back though!

Such a wonderful staff. I was a tourist who badly needed to charge my phone and was without a cable and the staff was so nice and helpful and understanding about the situation. Super grateful. Such lovely humans.

The service and quality at this Starbucks is appalling and should be investigated by the health and food standards agency along with trading standards for severe breaches to customer health and safety.I have a serious intolerance to diary and the lactose in cow's milk, yet despite explaining this to the server and that I needed a diary-free alternative, which was charged at an extra fee (most other coffee shop brands do not apply a surcharge for requiring a diary-free alternative), the barista still proceeded to use full fat cow's milk. It would seem that Starbucks is profiteering in a rather immoral way.The complete disregard of my customer needs and requirements regarding food intolerances is very serious and Starbucks staff do not seem to care when placing orders and making the drinks they serve which adversely affected my health as a result because I am simply not able to digest cow's milk!I would not recommend to anyone, particularly customers with additional needs or requirements regarding food intolerances or nut allergies.Suffice to say, I will not be returning to this supposedly "premium" coffee brand that does not comply with the guidelines and laws on food intolerances and nut allergies.A very disappointed customer who thought it imperative to warn others so that they may avoid what I experienced as a consequence!

Walked in at 9:30 to be told they are closed. I don’t believe that the closing time means anything to them - think they just close according to the film times.

Not happy they don't accept Starbucks card. Was hoping to use stars for drinks. Was told it's a franchise only. Hmmm, you sell Starbucks coffee, cups etc. Your staff wear Starbucks uniforms. If that's not Starbucks, we'll I don't know ? ?

Good food and coffee was nice and hot here was carefully made, it's inside the cinema so atmosphere was very good.

Suna and Marc! ?? Me and my 5 year old daughter came out of the cinema and asked for a hot chocolate, Marc greeted my daughter and wrote 'Polly loves Barbie' on her cup. Made Polly's evening! Suna was so helpful with the drinks, going above and beyond to make sure Polly's was the right temperature and engaging in lovely chats with myself and Polly. Both members of staff were an asset to your company! X

Not great always have a good experience at other Starbucks, but whenever I get a strawberries and cream frap cant even taste the strawberries and I asked for extra strawberries and was charged for it yet I get served something that just tastes like cream and isn’t even red in colour
