Such a wonderful staff. I was a tourist who badly needed to charge my phone and was without a cable and the staff was so nice and helpful and understanding about the situation. Super grateful. Such lovely humans.
Suna and Marc! ?? Me and my 5 year old daughter came out of the cinema and asked for a hot chocolate, Marc greeted my daughter and wrote 'Polly loves Barbie' on her cup. Made Polly's evening! Suna was so helpful with the drinks, going above and beyond to make sure Polly's was the right temperature and engaging in lovely chats with myself and Polly. Both members of staff were an asset to your company! X

Really, really chill vibe in the Starbucks located in the Cineworld. Felt very at odds with most Starbucks you go in that are busy. The only downside is that they don't accept/give loyalty points.Would definitely come back though!
