We were served with this African lady who was very rude with her service and wasn’t adding things as the customer is requesting for.She don’t even heat up the items which we ordered for.And for adding sauces she wasn’t even adding them to sub it was like a dash for the foot long.She dint even mention that there isn’t dine in option before ordering and after ordering she was very rude saying that we need to leave.Will never visit again to this branch.

bought 3 pots of meatballs and only got 2 pots. only had 3 meatballs in the pots. this subway is a disgrace. the other subway we go to give us about 6 meatballs in each pot coated in melted cheese.

I always go to this subway I’m a local Coustomer.I went to shop today and bought a steak sandwich with double cheese and drink she worked alone today on Tuesday 12/07/2022 at 17:19 she putt too little steak I said to her put extra steak and cheese I will pay extra I told her please can you put me more sauce she told me no I can’t. I told her Why you annoying me? I want large drink and sauce and steak cheese I paid you but you didn’t give me!! she spoke very rude to me!! She said don’t order to me while you are on your phone?? I was surprised?!She said to me don’t come here anymore!!?? I understood she want to make a problem, I said I’m very rush you give me my food I need to go, she did keep my food and discuss and argue to me I took one glass large for my drink she did hit my hand and threw the scanner at me she shuts on me I said to her what do you do?you don’t give my food and hit me?! What a customer service is that, Even she didn’t want to give me my drink, all because I was talking to my phone, I had to call the police at the end. I don’t go to this subway anymore and I don’t know how subway give a job to this girl. She was so rude and very bad customer service.

I often visit this fast food restaurant when in Hemel Hempstead.Located opposite the bus stop in the town centre makes it a good place for a quick bite or take away.Lovely cheerful staff. Served by Lydia when I popped in there for a quick cup of chocolate on my rounds.Subway has a variety of healthy meals and beverages.Choose your filling and enjoy! ?When it comes to fast food restaurants I recommend Subway.
