INCREDIBLE service - we went for a birthday and they pulled out all the stops, more so than any other restaurant I've ever been to - flowers, card, cake etc located near a car park which is useful spacious, well decorated, clean bathrooms food was good, great karaage, miso aubergine and seaweed salad were slightly too sweet for my likely, generous portion sizes
A truly lovely Japanese restaurant in Hemel town. The meal was beautifully cooked, prepared and presented. The restaurant is really nicely decorated. The staff and service were exemplary. We had tempura vegetables and soft shell crab and Edamame beans to start. The main was Sashimi as well as salmon and chicken. The menu was extensive and has plenty of options for both me, a pescatarian and my friend a carnivore. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We went here last night as we wanted to check what Japanese food was like before our visit to Japan in March. What a joy! The food was all freshly made & served with every care. Our waitress Patricia, could not have been kinder - & she was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions with expert advice. Thank you Wakusei - we will be back!
