Decent chap behind the counter was about to look in the allergens book for me when I asked about a particular food item on behalf of my 11-year-old son, but a woman behind the counter with him pulled a face and said they couldn’t guarantee anything was sesame-free before he even had chance to find it in the book. Never got to find out what the allergen book said as her snooty, disinterested attitude put me off staying. Walked out.Dietary restrictions: Asked about sesame in cake product but was practically dismissed as if it was too much trouble.

The woman behind the counter was very rude and intimidating. The young girl helping her seemed to be very scared of her. The coffee was alright but that woman's behaviour spoiled everything.

Had a lovely coffee today in Costa. Mark is very help and friendly asked if we needed any thing else and offered to take the empty cups really nice gentleman five stars *****

Staff automatically deducted free drink from my app. Manager said it was my mistake not there's and there was nothing they could do about it. She was in fact quite rude to me.

Came in and the guy serving me was great and very efficient, there was a young girl that was making my drink I didn’t catch her name but she had long brown hair in a plait, she made my drink and then got told by an older lady that worked there that it wasn’t right and shouted at the poor girl right in front of all the customers, I felt so bad for her as she made the drink correctly and then got told off for a mistake she didn’t even do. Not sure why this older woman is working in a customer facing environment, not a good look for Costa.

There was a woman that was very rude to customers, She is always angry.And she doesn’t have the right to shout at customers because she had a bad day,And being kind to customers should be too difficult.I hope most customers know who this lady is, I hope she will change her acts soon.

I went to costa today and a extremely rude worker who she is rude to everyone all the reviews are bad on her she doesn’t give her name and I went to get a americano but a kind lady told me I had a free drink on my free drink card so then I asked for a cappuccino and she asked politely would you like a large and I answers yes and then the rude lady and another laughed near the back looking at me and said of course she wanted a large implying I was fat then I asked if they where laughing at me then they put on a voice explain no and that I probably didn’t understand I then asked to apologise to then so told me ‘get out you are basterds’

I simply was asking about the toilets and a lady working there was very rude to me about it. shouting at me that I had to pay to use the toilets. couldve just had a sign or said it nicely.after reading other reviews I'm shocked, what a disgrace.

Rude!! I came here for lunch on Friday. I wanted to use the Vodafone offer of a free drink but unfortunately the code didn’t work despite showing that I had plenty of time left. For this I was shouted at by the server and told that I had already used the code. I felt so embarrassed I just left and went elsewhere. No attempt was made to try again or look at the code, just rude horrible behaviour! Costa really need to do something about this as I see from other reviews this is not the first time customers have been treated badly.

When me and my wife went into the store to sit down and relax and have coffee with our children. The team leader that was on shift that day was extremely racist to my wife refusing to serve her and telling us to move after half an hour of us being there are we feeding our children bearing in my mind we have a newborn baby and a one-and-a-half year old child
