Whenever i go to Hitchin and if not to busy I like to pop into Costa for a flat white and sometimes a pastry. They still make best flat white I asked for extra hot and frothy it was. Even when very busy staff have always been polite I cannot fault the customer service so thank you guys see you very soon??
The friendliest staff who always put a smile on my face in the mornings, coffee is always brilliant quality and the pastries & cakes are fab! A big thank you to all of the staff for their amazing customer service even during their busy periods as my orders are always ready in a flash and served with a smile :) The team deserve more praise than they receive from these reviews!
