RUBBISH!!!! Tried to ask a simple question to both the man an female about ‘Philly steak’ but for 1, the man could NOT understand a single word I was saying, asked to be passed to somebody else whilst he sat silently on the phone an I had to ask a good few times to give the phone to somebody else…. 2, the female was absolutely NO BETTER!!!! Was out right RUDE!! Just wanted to know if it was the same as steak they had before??Anyways useless. Get somebody who understands everybody and their requests on the phone.. definitely won’t be attempting an order there again.

Absolute shambles.This place used to be great when I first moved to Hitchin 10 years ago but now they charge nearly £7 for a footlong and shut at 17.30pm when they used to be open until late.They'll Probably use the covid cop out excuse.There is a huge turnover of staff & they are tight when it comes to the fillings.Never again.

I’ve always liked Subway but as of recently, I have found the staff to be very rude.Throwing my food at me instead of directly giving it to me.The customer service is really bad to be honest.The pricing system also feels all over the place too?Almost made up?One day I will go in there for a simple snack and it’s the correct price, but the next it will be more!

Really nice food made quickly but the staff weren’t nice I don’t think I have ever had a nice subway worker. And I have been there quite I few times.
Used a few times now, and I’m yet to have an order where it’s all correct, seriously not that hard to look at some ingredients…
Use this place twice every week for years.Friendly staff, overall a good subway.Has been hit and miss on quality depending on who serves you recently.
A good mid day lunch helpful staff and very friendly would recommend
