This was actually a delivery service I haven't visited the restaurant but I can tell you that the food arrived perfectly still quite hot and the ingredients didn't seem to move a lot in the box which is always a good thing. The delivery driver Vivek was polite and smiley. Will order again from this Pizza Hut Branch in the future.

I prefer pizza hut out of all the chains. Hoddesdon branch are always courteous. My last order I accidently booked for collection but when I called up they delivered for me with no hassle immediately. Will continue to use them as always

Thought i was ordering a delivery but got it wrong and it was collection only, i rang to cancel my order but was told not to worry they will deliver it for me, True to there word a lovely gentleman called Lita delivered to us very fast and refused a tip we wanted to give him as a thanks! Amazing customer service, thank you Lita.

Ordered food on uber eats they cancelled without even calling me terrible service do not recommend.
Our ham and pineapple had something spicy on. We rang as the kids couldn't eat it. They promptly corrected it and made another pizza and delivered the fresh one free of charge. Thank you for fixing your mistake

It's really lovely to have Yasir and Angela now running the store after Mo who was the previous manager and left. Both are great managers and lovely people to deal with and Yasir was very kind and helpful tonight. The quality of the pizzas and dough has also seen a massive improvement and both are a credit the the Pizzahut franchise. Thanks guys ?
