Been working in the area past few weeks and look forward to my morning stop to grab my coffee and breakfast.. Staff very friendly and always haveva little natter and a joke with everyone.. great people great little costa.. will miss it when job is over..

I would like to thank this wondeful staff especially to the lady with black hair ❤️And also the guy who is working there ?I feel so wonderful and pleased with their service and every time a come they smile and make my son feel free and wonderful.The coffe is amazing the coffe shop is quiet and clean .Every time I come I feel special .I never experienced such of great time I none of the others Costa coffe .this costa coffe in Cuffley it’s one of my favourite.I am a regular customer not even I central of London won’t bring my coffe at the table ,the lady with black hair get my family coffe at the table without not hesitation she bring the coffe at the table .this coffe shop is out escape from the busy city like London .I have never felt so wonderful before but this coffe shop is amazing.honestly ,I don’t have words to explain how wonderful I felt becasue the staff makes us feel special .thank you indeed.

I love having a Costa Coffee good staff very friendly and polite lovely place to have a coffee with friends or just to have a coffee and unwind and relax.Through they don't serve gingerbread latte any more as apparently they have removed it and I think replacing it with something else. As I had it every day in the morning all year round for years. So now I have to have a carmel latte instead and I do like carmel latte but it isn't the same. But the funny thing is that other costa coffee shops are still serving gingerbread latte.
I would love to give 5 star to the new guy ( Tito ) his really very nice guy and his service and Communications it’s fantastic

I often visit this store and they regularly have no cream! always frustrating as it's nice to experience a good quality drink with all ingredients. Today I purchased a large hot chocolate with cream, drink was made by Harry, no cream, I requested cream as I purchased with cream, the barrister explained she was not very familiar with this drink? then added a last dribble of cream from the canister, I said, do you not have cream, she said no that's it. I left with my drink, went to my car and on drinking discovered it was luke warm, I have never done this before, but the drink was awful, I went back, to get a fresh HOT drink , the barrister was adding cream to a drink as I entered , so I was obviously lied to. She explained she did not realise there was cream, do the staff not know/check ingredients at the start of day?No apology given even though they lied to me and supplied a sloppy drink. I would also like to say for a quiet empty environment, I was stood looking at a dirty filthy floor.

Only 1 of staff actually wearing mask over mouth and nose! 50% of customers not wearing masks, not being challenged! Stuck in lockdown, places like this are part of the reason! Disgrace!!!
