We celebrated my Mums birthday here and we're pleasantly surprised. I have come dread eating out as there is always something wrong with either the food or the service. However the Plough has quite rightly placed it self at the top of my 'local places to eat on a Sunday' list. Great Sunday lunch. The best thing about this pub is the staff. They're all friendly, really polite and on the ball with orders. We were served by Deanna and couldn't of wished for a better experience. Will definitely return.

Was a lovely table so we could have a small dog sitting with us and not annoying other customers, staff were efficient and friendly but I would say when the food came up it wasn’t hot enough like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while before it came out to our table! Hasn’t put me off though would like to come back and try the Sunday lunch, just make sure attention is taken to nice and hot food please!
