GUYS DO NOT EVEN BOTHERI’ve worked in dominos stores all my life and the customer service I’ve received it’s just unbelievably awful they don’t know what the hell there doing don’t waste your time or money my advice is go to Pizza

I ordered about a month ago and the memories of why I live on the same road and yet I hadn't been here for over a year came flooding back!I ordered 2 medium pizzas & a couple of sides on the app (delivery wasn't an option due to my location - not that I would get it delivered anyway.....I'm not that lazy!).Notification on the app stated my order was ready. When I arrived and the food was placed on the counter, I immediately realised I was a pizza light. I informed the staff and after a look around I was offered an apology and told it would be about 10mins while my ordered was completed.(I'm tapping my finger on my temple) I thought it best to stay rather than leave and return!Within 5 minutes, another patron entered to announce he had been given the wrong pizza - yes you guessed it....it was mine!!To cut a long story short (too late!), I eventually got my freshly cooked pizza and as a goodwill gesture, free cookies.The cookies went in the bin and the app was uninstalled, while I was waiting for said pizza.Never Again.

The “Manager” has no customer service skills and is completely unaware. I don’t know how he is the manager or who hired him. He is a rude and clueless member of staff. Gave the wrong pizza then tried to offer me a cold pizza. Then when I explained I was unsatisfied tried to tell me to be quiet.

I would put 0*. Ordered 1hour 20 ago and tracking says that its not in the oven yet. I call up about a refund and they hung up. I call back and they said they have had a power cut prob bs but never know. Waste of time and effort
