We held my father’s wake at this pub…. It was so well handled, the staff were FABULOUS ? They ran a bar tab, & supplied food. It was excellent quality, and very good value. Would thoroughly recommend ?

Large covered outdoor area, was going to ask if we could bring dog but didn't need to ask as it seemed nearly 40per cent had dogs with them. Only stopped in for a drink, so can't comment on food, but there was a menu on the table and it looked like a good offer. Will probably visit again next time I'm in

Lovely old pub in the heart of Sawbridgeworth, excellent beer garden and Gorilla burgers. Parking available and another public car park just up the street
Best pub in sawbo, great drinks for low prices, also they host good entertainment and events for good causes, would happily come here again

The best pub! They have such friendly staff who are always welcoming and accomadating! Highly recommended for a casual evening and a few nice drinks! Amazing outer area and the inside is cosy! Can't recommend enough!Thank you to all the staff <3
