Looking for a breakfast and a business catch up but not wanting the Costa or cafe experience, The Queens Head in Sawbridgeworth was absolutely perfect. Quality breakfast, I nearly went for the full English, but the lure of the healthy avocado struck. My colleague opted for the Portobello Mushroom. Came in for a roast, lots of the fancier places were booked up.The service here is brilliant. The waitresses were really attentive and lovely.The food was pretty good! The roasts were lovely.Vegetarian options: Strong vegetarian options, mushroom roast and veggie burger were enjoyed by the group

Amazing food and fabulous service. The roast dinner was one of the best I’ve had. The beef was perfectly cooked and really tender. The ladies serving were lovely and so polite. They couldn’t do enough for us.
