They have expanded the hot food range and its nice, but everything is reheated, nothing is freshly made. They used to do more toasties which were nice. The cakes are lovely. It's always very busy and quite noisy. They do a meal deal for kids which is £4 for a drink, snack, sandwich/pasta and fruit which isn't bad

Have been a regular visitor to Brookfield Farm M&S Cafe for some time. The staff are very pleasant especially Matt who serves hot food to tables. He is a definite asset to M&S friendly, polite and extremely helpful; I cannot praise him enough. He certainly helps to make a visit a positive experience. I love M&S for their high quality food and generally good service. I've always been a fan of their stores and most of the items they sell. Their cafe on the other hand was without question dirty. I'm not talking about needing redecorating, I mean needing cleaning. All the ledges were thick with dust, the tables sticky and almost everything you looked at needed a good clean.
