The best customer service I have received in a long time!! The manager is so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. He even asked one of his colleagues to help me take my order to the car as I was holding my 7 month old - I would say that’s going the extra mile!
Went into five guys today the cheshunt branch and I had a great experience. I was greeted on my entrance and served by a young man who was very friendly. Asked me if I wanted fries milkshakes or other drinks making sure I didn’t forget anything. Which is common these days with kids.The restaurant was clean tidy no mess.
