“I've been to the snug a couple of times now and it is a very lovely cocktail bar. The bar staff are very friendly, I was looked after by jorja she is a brilliant bartender and makes lovely cocktails. I would really recommend the snug in ware.”

“The food was all decent, pretty much exactly what you would expect from a McMullens pub. I was there on a nice sunny day and the outdoor seating was very nice next to the river. My only minor complaints were that app to order from your table wasn't working at this location, and the food portion sizes were a bit variable (some dishes looked a bit meager compared to others). I would probably come back here again if I'm passing through Ware.”

“At the end of our UK trip, when asked their favorite place they stayed, everyone in our party said Feathers. We spent one night here and were truly sad to move on. The rooms were so charming and having the pub just a short walk away was so convenient and comforting. The bartender at the pub was a total riot and we loved chatting with her. Everyone who works here is kind and personable. We honestly loved it. Highly highly recommend.Rooms: Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms.Nearby activities: It's just a short drive into town (a couple of minutes), where you can park to visit the shops and the church.”

“Back again on 15th November with my client. Greeted by Vicky again. Absolutely superb customer service skills. Focused so well on my guests and meeting her needs. Such a wonderful attitude. Delicious food as usual. Fabulous chunky chips. Thanks so muchI often come here for business or with friends and family. On 25th October, I brought a young adult with learning disability to this restaurant for lunch. They had a really great time as the food was top notch. I’d like to compliment the chef because the chicken was absolutely perfectly cooked.The atmosphere is nice and welcoming - very comfortable and well laid out.The staff, particularly Vicky and Matt were amazing. Vicky was so warm, friendly and helpful. She made my guest and I feel so valued. She was very attentive and gave my guest a lot of attention, which made their day. She made sure my guest had just the right seat and table for their particular needs.Matt then came over to check that all was well. He, like Vicky, had an amazing way with the guests. He was extremely patient and wasn’t at all bothered that my guest took a long time to express themselves. I noticed how great he was with other guests too, and how he was able to adapt instantly to communicating to individual guests. Both Vicky and Matt really made our visit a great experience.”
