Milk burned. Manager rude. I had to remind her to make me not extra hot coffee! I was working in Costa over 2 years and I know how coffee should taste! Maybe Costa check should go and check! Tables not clean. I am not happy at all.

Unbelievable long queue for the time of the day.Eventually after a long time at the counter the manager didn't apologise or anything.I complained and asked for her name which was Ligata. She told me I was better off coming here Monday to Friday not on a Sunday without giving me a reason why but I ordered anyway.I have uploaded the receipt and found the service AND the beverages not up to usual standard.Especially the iced latte which was terrible and not tasty according to my daughter who has this regularly. Seems not enough caramel so badly prepared.I am now thinking not worth having the app when service is not up to scratch and no apologies from the store 43024100Dhiraj

My daughter ordered a coffee. She neglected to ask for a takeaway cup. She got a very rude barista slamming the cup down and telling her she should have told them and that she's wasting her time. My daughter is on pain killers that sometimes make her a bit forgetful. My daughter apologised and got rudeness in return. The Barista maestro was apologetic when I called the store but my daughter won't be going back. The stars are for the fact she got a coffee. Kindness costs nothing Costa.

I was there for one and only time, very very impolite staff. They are so unexpected. I ordered an Americano but he gave me a latte without any excuse!! The outside My glass was wet and he was so carefree so I had to clean it myself!!

This shopping centre changed from Harlequin to INTU years ago, now it's Atria.Anyway, this Costa cafe in WH Smiths is nice because there's no played music. However, that being said I found the two women there (one specifically) to be unfriendly and bordering on rude. She never even asked for my Costa card, and of course I forgot to present it.Also, you now have to ask for full fat milk as it's no longer the default option, and of course Costa don't advertise that fact.We will not be supporting Costa any longer.Incidentally, you can now buy cans of Costa coffee just like the Starbucks ones. They are usually marked down to £1, and the reason? The coffee is rubbish!

Had an iced mocha coffee, staff friendly and helpful, kept very clean and Covid friendly, lovely piece of blueberry cake that was so ggod,
I visit this costa every day more than once! The staff working here are so friendly and the coffee is always amazing of course? would highly recommend visiting this Costa, lovely, lovely people ??

Usually at Costa I never complain. However this branch. I was asked if I was eating in and I said yes. Then right at the end the staff told me there was no space so I was unable to even wait for a table. The food was all made and then put in a takeaway package and we were told to leave. If I were told at the start I wouldn't be able to sit in, I wouldn't have ordered because it was heavily raining outside. When I was handed my food I wasn't even offered a bag to hold it all in. I had to ask.
