Hotel chocolat sells some nice chocolate, but this time I went to buy some single origin coffee that I'd seen on their website.Unfortunately, they didn't have the full range, so I was unable to buy what I wanted, and all the staff could tell me was they don't always sell everything shown on the website, and they didn't have a clue if or when the missing range of coffee would be delivered to them
Small store but not small on stock! Their seasonal stock is nicely on display front and center, with their normal stock at the back. Very high quality chocolate at a high price tag but definitely justified.

I love coming to this Hotel Chocolat. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I had some questions about the Velvetiser and the lady gave me some great advice and even opened up the box so I could check something. She even told me a fun fact about how it was the very first store to open.
