Ordered food from machine and it was pretty easy and quick service. Food was tasty and fresh. The restaurant is pretty big with two floors. Restroom is not that clean also very smelly. The dine in tables and sitting area is clean. Couple of workers were cleaning all the floors and tables. When I was there it wasn’t busy. For second floor no elevator only steps available.Overall experience was Good!Kid-friendliness: Nice attractive sitting area with colourful wall arts.Wheelchair accessibility: For second floor no elevator only steps

twice in a row now i have ordered my food from a machine and waited 20+ minutes, both at fairly quiet times, only to ask a member of staff and get told that they havent made my food. first incident was at breakfast. i arrive and place my order for myself at a screen at around 10:45am. i wait a while and nothing comes of it, so around half an hour later i try to flag down a member of staff to ask. by this time its around 11:15 and i am told that they havent made my food, and are unable to as it is past 11am. they offer to make me something else, but i went before 11 so that i could get me and my family breakfast as a treat. i then had to wait another 10 minutes to get my refund.
