A very busy bonfire night with lots of customers yet the upstairs was closed off. This was ridiculous as the place was heaving. They also clearly didn't plan for the extra people despite there being a free public fireworks display that night as they ran out of hot chocolate. Poor planning.
Have ordered to the table, they brought it after 10 minutes at least, there were no spoon in the whole restaurant so have to the queque to ask one and when I get to the coffee was cold and the cream and chocolates stars melted all☹️

The self service port was out of paper for a receipt and my order number was not recalled. There were no staff on the floor to assist and the staff at the til were busy.The wait for food was longer than I expected for a Wednesday afternoon, the restaurant is busy due to delivery orders, so I can appreciate the staffing has to be right to cover busier periods.I would suggest you order by app for collection rather than use the self service ports.
