This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed.We booked to stay as a family overnight after visiting the Harry Potter Studios - I was told about 90% of the bookings were likewise that weekend. Lots of Harry Potter families! It made for a happy, buzzing atmosphere.The family room was perfect for our needs, and spotless. The service was personable and friendly - for me almost the highlight of our stay.The breakfast spread was more extensive than I thought it would be and very good quality. We ate dinner "next door" at the TGI Fridays which was very convenient and a little more atmospheric for a Saturday night. Overall, very impressed, thanks Premier Inn!

This is an amazing inn for the price. All the staff is friendly and go out of their way to make your experience extraordinary. Damon and Jennifer were wonderful, very accomodating and friendly. The rooms were clean, bed was sooo comfy, we had the BEST sleep weve ever had in London! Cheers and we'll be back soon!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bathrooms, beds we're comfortable ..But rooms were dusty with nail clippings and damp/mould on walls.. not many plugs near the beds, breakfast was mostly empty when we arrived for our time slot so had to ask them to refill items, most of what was there for cooked breakfast was cold..
