We stayed here after visiting the Harry Potter studios. Very warm welcome from the staff member at the desk. Easy to check in.We stayed in an accessible room. There were none left with wet rooms so we had a lowered bath, there were a couple of hairs in the bath but other than that the room was spotless.Tea, coffee and sugar available in the riom and more at reception if you need it. Good experience overall.Staff - Very friendly and welcoming, great interactions with kids and I was impressed with their overall attitude.Room - Comfy bed, decent enough appliances, shower was powerful but the taps disperse water in an odd line which is a little awkward. We stayed here on Sunday night. We needed a hotel close to the Harry potter studios and this was perfect. When we entered we was met by a staff member who let the children pick from a basket of treats, we then went up to our room and the kids had baloons and treats on their beds. Both our children kept saying how this was the best hotel ever and they always want to stay here . The staff were all polite and the breakfast was good too.
