Friendly welcome Starbucks I’ve been part of a visiting film crew to Watford, and thank goodness for the proximity of Starbucks for my personal caffeine needs! Josh (only name I heard) and the team there were always friendly and welcoming. Keep smiling all! Lucy ?

On the 9th of May at 13:45 visited Starbucks Atria to collect my order from app, the staff working had a horrible attitude. She left me waiting for 15mins and serve others. When I mentioned to her she was so unfriendly. Ask for refund and her name in the afternoon. She said her name is Lillie but the young boy before me was ask her: does Lillie in today?Something very wrong with the staff in this store. So disappointed.

I went to have a business meeting at Starbucks, Watford shopping centre yesterday. I received a very bad customer service from staff, particularly from lady Alexis. After my drink was served I asked for a receipt whereas I had to document my business meeting. Alexis refused to give me the receipt by saying that I should have asked for receipt before ordering. I asked her to reprint the receipt and she refused to do so. Instead, she collected old receipts laying on the table and threw them away in front of me which I took as giving me an attitude. I have never come across such rudeness from staff just because a customer asks for receipt. I never got my receipt which is even illegal I reckon. Besides terrible staff, the place was untidy and they used only paper cups for coffee which is neither classy nor environment-friendly. I would expect much better customer service and quality of the place for the prices they charge. I would rather avoid Starbucks in future.

Tables were filthy. Given take away cups even though we said sitting in.
This place was so disorganised and dirty. Urgh. And I don't know what they did differently to every other Starbucks, but my drink tasted different and not good. Was also wondering if I should actually drink it once I realised how dirty the place was.Never going back to this Starbucks.

Nice coffee and cake as always. It was quite messy, sticky tables etc. It was very busy though, so prob let them off.Vegetarian options: A few sandwiches and salads, perfectly good.

Too good to go bag here was horrendous. An epic waste of money, we got given 2 revolting plant breakfast wraps that are going straight in the bin because they are absolutely vile. They honestly could not have made that bag worse if they tried! Even though there were lots of leftover cakes and pastries, we get given a coffee slice and a brownie and 2 of the most vomit inducing breakfast wraps. It does seem like the goal is to make the too good to go bag as disgusting as possible, because there is no way that bag was serious. Even though there were other plenty of other items left that’s what we got ?

Well its Starbucks so not much can go wrong...... However I think they need to get a grip on the cleaning the floor was just covered in food a real mess. The staff very helpful coffee and very tasty. But the management need to get a grip and delegate to member of staff to pick up a hoover or sweep up the mess, wipe the tables down and it was only 11am. Come on team Starbucks get a grip.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a babyccino (kids foam milk drink) and was given a double espresso topped up with milk. When I brought this to the staffs attention, a young lady responded with ‘sh!t. I thought it was something else’ (despite the ‘kids foam’ label on the cup) and she laughed in my face. This drink was for my baby!! Disgusting service, incompetent staff & a filthy store. Don’t waste your time! Starbucks at the top of Watford high street is 100 times better.
