Staff seemed friendly - but what an awful place to work. I am shocked that this is part of Starbucks chain … dirty tables, awful toilets - shared m/f loo was unclean and no loo roll … disabled loo unclean, loo roll holder broken, but at least some loo roll there … nowhere to hang coat / bag - I could not get out quick enough!!

Honestly, the worst online customer service. My reward card is not receiving points, once a week at least keep topping it up with £15. What a RIP OFF.

Went in 4pm on Weds 6 september, was a really lovely woman with beautiful dark long hair in plaits (didn’t catch her name) she was working on her own behind tills and making drinks, had lots of customers but was doing such an excellent job! Gave me suggestions on what cool drink to have, ended up having the lime refresha at her recommendation and i LOVE it, she was so patient and kind, had great customer service and was working on her own and still got all drinks out super fast. PLEASE pass the review onto her so she knows how good of an impression she made.

I am disgusted! I am in London Rd Starbucks in Brighton, I pointed out to the Barista that there were FLIES in the cake cabinet sitting one on a cake, a couple flying around inside the cabinet, did she turn the lights off and discard the contaminated goods? NOT A CHANCE, she put a blue glove on and put her hand in the cabinet and squashed two flies against the pane of glass ! She did not even throw away the one cinnamon bun that the fly had been sitting on !!!! ???

It’s a very good point to have a good coffee ☕️ in Watford high street. The ambience is cosy and the people are very friendly. The space could be a bit bigger but the staff were absolutely polite and friendly. If you are with your family or a big group this is the right place for you. I will definitely come back
