It started so well, loverly and clean, and easy to check in. We booked a club room. To be honest, I was a little disappointed with the money we paid. I expected more. I have stayed in Premier Inn that seems better. Firstly, why is it Village Hotel at Watford? It was a bit of a drive to Harry Potter World it says a 20-minute drive with the traffic it's more than that. It's awkward for the M1. Stayed in a lot of hotels but this one has the comfiest pillows/ matress/ duvet. We got room service of the food they had downstairs which was amazing i loved the options. TV had good channels. Room decor was cool. Downstairs had a pool apparently. Starbucks. Amazing. Loved it. Reception lady was so nice.

Great coffee good service with a ?. It's a Starbucks just as expected good service , great bustling atmosphere in a lovely hotel with other amenities so you could just spend the whole day here .
