Fantastic breakfast, freshly cooked and non stop tea - just what I needed -

It was getting near to 2.00 p.m. but I was allowed to order a light bite, which arrived quickly. A very tasty panini - the salad was a cut above the average, and lots of subtle tastes within what, on paper, would have been very ordinary. Service was friendly and helpful, the atosphere was good. I had avoided this place before as I thought it was called "Snails" which I found offputtting. Now I am on the right track and I hope to be back. I hadn't realised the cafe started to pack up from 2.00 pm. - the owner assured me I did not need to hurry, but as he said this several times I wondered if it was a very tactful way of asking me to get a move on!

Size of my fry up was great! Too big lol I should have has the smaller one. Everything was great bar the sausages Now I am fussy as hell. I found them abit too hard/tough. I'm sure they were done in the air fryer. Not a fan!! Service was great and very friendly tho. I would come again just not for sausage lol

On a day trip to the island I was fortunate enough to choose Sails for my breakfast. Top quality ingredients. Delicious local sausages and bacon and a perfectly cooked egg. Friendly and quick service. The only reason there was anything left on my plate when I left was because I was full. Highly recommend this establishment.

Food was overcooked, fried eggs were hard and it is overpriced with poor customer service. Food was alright but not worth the price, especially considering portions. Found a hair in one of our hash browns

Great food and service, and the owner is as friendly as a person could be.

We went for breakfast, 4 of us, we had 4 coffee, 2 beans on toast, 1 portion of sausage and bacon, 1 full English ( and 1 portion of hashbrowns that we never got it on the table ) 50£

Excellent cafe in cowes high street. Freshly cooked tasty food. We had a lovely breakfast of a bacon sandwich for me snd a sausage baguette for my husband. This was rendered more impressive as was midday and other local places had stopped serving breakfasts. We will be going back and will be a first choice for breakfast.

Great place with lovely staff. Service was great and our doberman enjoyed her visit too with plenty of fuss and treats. Our tea and scone were very nice. Nothing too much trouble.

Good food, in a small busy cafe in Cowes High Street . Slightly higher costs than expected . Owner brought in Costco bacon, Sainsbury milk and bread while we was there, so food stock standard , nothing local and higher quality .

Lovely cafe. We visited for breakfast and called ahead to reserve a table for 6. Staff were fantastic, plenty of choice and food was great. Would recommend.

Absolutely the yummiest carmel latte, wonderful service, and great atmosphere. Opens early so you don't have to wait for your morning caffeine fix. I'm looking forward to trying the whole menu!
