Stopped in on our way home from The Needles. Weather was appalling which was disappointing but we stepped inside and were made to feel really welcome. Had a lovely family dinner. Service was fast but food all tasted great and was all freshly made. My children didn’t want to eat (just tired from a long day) but the staff were really friendly and made it fun for my little boy who ended up loving his sausage bap. Realy nice place to visit the staff are nice very helpful food is lovely and the atmosphere is first class I will always recommend captains cabin to all my friends and anybody who just wants to pop in for any light re

Its such a shame they shut so early for the winter. I've only managed to eat here once in April 2021 and it was really good, I normally come over at the end of October early November so miss out. People do visit the island out of season so it would be lovely if they opened just for lunchtime maybe, I'd be first in the queue.
