The cafe is upstairs via a huge lift. We went for breakfast. They have a fixed breakfast and a smaller one but are happy to take stuff off. They also have other options. The cafe was clean. Staff are very friendly. Food came out pretty quick. The food was good. The only thing that lets it down is you get 90mins in total parking. Enough for a meal but not enough to do a big shop after. We only needed a few things but were still watching the time. We'd go back to the cafe but only if doing a small quick shop.Parking: You only get 90mins in total.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking outside. Huge lift from store entrance to cafe. Easy to get round. Tables are good for wheelchairs with free standing chairs.

Good for a supermarket cafe. Nice breakfast cooked well. Friendly service and they were happy to make changes to the items to suit.Better quality food and cheaper than Morrisons Cafe.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Seems to have lost its way a bit over the last year or so.A recommendation. If the wait on food is longer than usual put a sign up so the people queuing can decide if they have time or not rather than waiting in line and finding out when they are served. This also helps the staff manage the queue better.

My daughter and i Enjoyed our breakfast and chicken nuggets. Quick service and with a smile. We had a great experience here all thanks to bradley that works here. Let me say, if he is here on the day you come in I'm sure you will too. Such a lovely man. And thankyou! A real credit to sainsburys.

Please come here better than the Morrison's one at least you will be fed. Less drunks from the town here well impressed. Pleased to hear they are keeping it open good on them maybe they steal all the trade from that abomination they call morrison cafe. Only inbreds shop at Morrison's so don't laugh too much at them. I doKid-friendliness: No brats around to give me indigestion

We opted for 2 full English. Half the coffee had gone by the time the 2 cold breakfasts arrived and were sent back. To new breakfasts arrived after the coffee had been finished. Sadly the bacon had changed from having congealed fat on it to 2 stuck together, rock hard Crisps. The beans had a skin on them. Very poor for the price. I welcome your comments.

Omg can I just say shopping in sainsburys is a pleasure. Well done to the staff team in sainsburys. You really do look after your customers. So polite, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. This will be my shop.

Avoid. After queuing for 20 minutes to get our cheese and onion and cheese and ham toasties toasted (one member of staff serving) we finally made our way to some seats to eat our "toasties" and realised when we cut them in half they were barely toasted (only slightly on the top), soggy, bendy and cold. Absolutely disgusting!!! So bad in fact I took them back to the till and announced they were inedible. Refund given but a complete waste of half an hour. I shall never return and suggest you don't even give it a try!

So , Sainsbury's have launched the Christmas range... a breakfast christmas Special breakfast called the pigs under blanket ... you expect something festive don't you ? Well, you basically get a bacon and sausage roll with the sausages carefully placed under the bacon... when I asked if I could have a special Kaiser roll instead of the usual boring bap, this was not possible due to allergy reasons. The kaiser roll by the way is available to purchase as a separate item, but it cannot be used for your festive bap... next time I just buy the roll, 2 sausages and some bacon.and make my own at the table ... a touch of cranberry sauce would have been nice too...

My mum & dad went into the restaurant today 21/10/22 had the fish chips & peas the fish was ok the chips were cold and like they had been standing for a while the peas look like they had been put on from somebody else's plate and the latte was not even hot. The tables were dirty went to 3 different tables then had to clean it themselves. Need more staff in the restaurant. Covids not gone away.

I am only giving 2 stars as the staff were nice. Food was well below average. We had a children's cheese sandwich, fruit pot, a cheese toasty, tuna panini, x2 small chips and x2 cokes which came to 16.00 which i didn't think was great value as they were small.Tuna panini was terrible. Wish it stated on the front tuna, cheese and red onion as I wouldn't of picked it. As I have an onion intolerance. Just says tuna and cheese. My wife picked a children's meal deal but was charged full price. I didn't notice until later.Cheese toasty was tiny.Won't be going again unfortunately
