This really is a lovely little bed and breakfast !!! Excellent service; rooms spacious clean and very well equipped with everything you need and more. Cupboard space a plenty; shower room fridge milk coffee kettle coffee machine fan and all you require. Very welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast with good portions, selection & quality. Our room was very clean and of good size. The only down side was the size of the bathroom. It had a shower, toilet & basin but you had to reach over the toilet to use the basin. This room was very small. Don't know if all the rooms are like it but we stayed in No.2. Ponders end was emmaculately clean with comfy beds and a lovely breakfast. Although a little noisy from the nearby busy road once the windows were closed couldn't hear a thing. The hosts Agnes and David were very warm and welcoming. Perfect ?
