We arrived in a large group and half the dinning area was closed so not enough seating. When I asked was told it was closed for cleaning. One member of staff reluctantly opened a large table for us.The toilet was closed for cleaning. Another member of staff came over and said we were lucky and she would not have let us in .Are you open or closed!!!!Parking: It is an area you have to drive to and it has a drive through as well as tabled seating

I wish this place would close, as a pedestrian that walks this road, it's like playing Frogger when passing this gaff. Does it really have to be open 24hours?, it attracts the antisocial racers with booming exhausts at night. I thought I'd pop in for a milkshake, which was fabulous, but I stood there like a fool without knowing how to order, or where to queue, luckily a chap eventually served me the old fashioned way after waiting in a line of ticket holders. It seems to be appallingly organised with ample chaos and frantic youngsters. A fairly stressful and unsuitable place for me to visit again, though I still have to navigate the three-way junction with the endless supply of famished motorists.

Love coming to collect my breakfast app order and being told it’s past 11am when they took their time getting to the intercom, breakfast menu was still up and it wasn’t past 11am.

Complete madness carpark full no tables this McDonald's is a accident waiting to happen.Im surprised Isle of wight council has not looked into this.due to traffic jams ect.

Stopped off with plenty of time before going to the theatre.3 meals , it's was quite busy, but after waiting 25 minutes, and our order number disappearing and reappearing constantly on the board, never on the ready to collect list .I had to try and get a member of staffs attention, and ask .Our meals had been sat cooked and left waiting for ages.she did apologize and quickly bagged it up , but the food was only just warm.We had to quickly eat the just warm food in the car , to make it to the theatre on time.A lot of disappointment , stress and indigestion from eating quickly.Ryde Restaurant is always normally good and fairly fast .On this occasion I feel I just waisted time and money.

Went to the counter to order a bacon roll and was told to order at the screens ,I said I have no idea how to and was told "sorry its policy" , had an attempt with the screen but could only find egg mcmuffins ,I hate egg ! Piss poor customer service which seems to be policy ,I shall not step foot in a McDonald's again ,on the bight side I left and went to Costa in tesco and got what I wanted along with decent customer service !!

Clean and tidy, staff efficient. Was not busy but have been there during peak periods and runs smoothly, no food errors. Car parking is limited but they do offer drive through. Pleasant experiences on numerous occasions.

About 80% of the time they get your order wrong, whether it is pick up or delivery. Missing items and not fulfilling the "customised" preferences on an item is the most common. I now double check the order before leaving the restaurant, fully expecting I will have to go back to the counter to rectify the order. Process optimisation, quality control and training is desperately needed at this particular restaurant.

I was informed my receipt was in my bag with my food, but a member of staff said because I ordered through the app I would have an email receipt too.Once home, realised 2x items were not given to me totalling £7/£8 pound. I was unable to check my bag as I was pressured by a female to drive along as another person needed to wait for their food where I was.I was given the wrong dips which I paid separately for.No receipt in bag and no email receipt.This is making it almost impossible to retrieve a refund.Currently back and forth with complaints to try and retrieve some form of refund. Name on work badges given to McDonald’s complaints employee.
