Only popped in for afternoon tea. Good selection of cakes and beverages. Friendly service at a reasonable price.

Great food, priced well & lovely atmosphere. Often busy well behaved pups are welcomed with their own seating area.

Big slices of cake, pizza's look amazing, and good prices. A must for cake lovers.

Food was nice but it's expensive - £9.50 for a ham sandwich

Very busy, and a long queue, but good service when we got there, nice coffee, and the cake's looked great.

I think it's a very solid restaurant with really good pizza. Seeing the pizza oven in full view really brightens up the aesthetic of the garden centre. Nothing better than real, authentic, stonebaked pizza.

Had lunch today, however my wife’s veggie burger and chips were a million miles from ideal although she did eat half of the meal but not the salad as that looked limp. My fish and chips were probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. Cold plates for starters that meant the peas were cold, chips were overcooked so crispy all the way through. The fish (Haddock) was what you would cheaply buy in Tesco for circa £1.49 the type you would not buy unless you had hit hard times. You know the type slightly triangle shape with reconstituted fish? In the middle you can hardly see. They should be ashamed to serve such rubbish. So I ask for a refund and with no quibble they returned my money. We have eaten here before and this time the service was pedestrian. With the doors wide open it was a very fraught experience.

Compared to previous visits, slightly disappointed. Pizza and garlic bread over cooked -- far too crispy (biscuit not bread)We remember years ago, when it was much smaller, but with proper home cooked food.

This place is a school hall style cafeteria which gets trade from the busy garden centre/gift shop - but dealing with a grim faced. unsmiling, borderline rude staff member detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience at the Busy Bee. We paid £40 for two simple cafe meals and two fizzy drinks. Seating was uncomfortable - hard wooden chairs, too close to the next table. We wouldn't recommend this place if you're a local, there are plenty of cafes and pubs nearby which offer a much nicer welcome, better food and better ambience for lower prices.

Food is fabulous. Not too badly priced and the cakes are big enough to sink a battleship! ?

We took nine friends for afternoon tea to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything was prepared as we had requested and the service was excellent. The delicious food was very plentiful and beautifully presented. Everyone took some home. We were very impressed! A lovely occasion.
