Excellent food & moderately priced.Fish freshly cooked to order.Very moist and tasty not dry like some other establishments.It's not always the quantity that counts-it's the quality and that's seems to mean a lot to the onwers of this take away-even though you still recieve ample portions.It was very worth the wait (just over 5mins.) for my food but you can also order in advance if you prefer.Excellent service from the staff too.Will definitely be back here when I'm next in the...read full review

Love this chippy and recommend it to everyone. I've visited it for four years now, ever since I discovered their amazing Yorkshire fish cakes. This year, they may have some staffing problems as I had to wait 15 minutes despite not that many people being ahead of me; however, the wait was well worthwhile, and I'll be going back this week (probably more than once) before I leave. I just wish they were open more days, then I wouldn't have to wait until Thursday!

The best fish and chips I've had for such a long time.We went about 30 minutes before closing and it was all so fresh, piping hot and the fish was huge.Was eat out only when we were there due to C-16.Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed.Friendly staff too. ?
