“Excellent!The menu reflects the quality of the restaurant as close to as a michelin star as you can get.The food is fresh and very well cooked, the service is friendly and attentive. The wine selection is very well chosen for the food on the menu, the deserts are wonderful.One of our guests had some dietary requirements and they were very accommodating.There is parking just outside or a small pay and display parking just up the road. The restaurant is very accessible for wheelchairs or other accessable needs.”

“We booked here for the views, access to walks and for it being very dog friendly.A great place, with friendly staff and nice menu, including specials each day.The weather regrettably was poor on the Saturday so we didn’t get to do the walks we wanted to, but there are plenty nearby including the coast path. However we had a great lunch with family and this led into later in the afternoon with a few more drinks and great atmosphere.The room we had was very spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom was to a good standard also. Whilst comfortable, the mattress was a little too soft for my liking, but this is obviously individual preference.Breakfast was included in the price and there is a good range of choice and very flavoursome.We will certainly look to stay again in the future when doing a weekend stay as it was overall well priced and good value for money.”
