We came out for an early meal and were the only ones in the restaurant, which is why I have only scored 4 stars for atmosphere, but that didn't detract from a wonderful evening. The host/owner was extremely pleasant, and made us feel very welcome, without being intrusive.We both had 3 courses and thoroughly enjoyed each one. Came here last time we stayed in Ventnor and had a very enjoyable return on a quiet Friday night. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent: linguine with fresh clams was an authentic dish served as a generous portion. Excellent wine list, too. Watching the sun go down over the bay from our window table made for a memorable last night before our return home. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming again next time we are on the Island.

Amazing place with fantastic views and super history behind it.There's an old apartment block right next to it. It's called Rex House. The penthouse must have an amazing view ? Perhaps it will be for sale some time? ?
