Half of the pumps were out of order, so thought I'd be a decent citizen and move my car after filling, to let someone else use it. Only for the Lady at the till to gesticulate and shout over the tannoy, even after I informed her of my intentions. Very uncalled for.

Stopped at garage going up Blue bell hill at 2.30 am on 23 December for something to eat and was greeted by a very rude assistant who didn't say hello or thank you and just glared at me as if I was an inconvenience to him . Doesn't look good on the business

Ran out of Adblue. Pulled up to the Adblue pump 14.11.2022 about 9.30pm. The cashier flat out refused to let me pump adblue into my Mercedes EClass saying pump is only for HGVs and I should buy the containers. My car takes 20l adblue. I tried to explain adblue is adblue but she wasnt having it and somewhat rude.. It was not busy at all..

Helpfull staff with the addition of a 150kWh rapid charge point (pay by debit card - less hassle than faffing around with multiple charge cards or apps) ?Costa coffee machines inside and hot food.
