I have visited this pub a number of times over the last few years . My visit yesterday was a very nice surprise . The pub was busy with a group of people celebrating Christmas. It was warm and welcoming . The food was excellent. It was all freshly prepared and very tasty . Visit and I hope you won’t be disappointed I certainly wasn’t .
A lovely little rustic pup friendly staff. Steps to main door I'm not sure if there is any disabled access. Nice Sunday lunch not a large pup so not crowded. Lovely countryside on the door step to walk off those extra

This pub has been transformed recently by new tenants. Looks so much better, has fires roaring in winter, and is very welcoming....and food is now amazing! Beautiful Country pub in beautiful location/village.
