We decided to take afternoon tea at the Abode as it was my wife's birthday. The quality and quantity of both tea and food goodies was good. we chose to have a couple of glasses of champagne which also went down well. Whilst it was nice to site next to a window and watch both the good and the strange of Canterbury passing by, I did find it odd that we we seated at the smallest table in the bar which is awkward when you consider the amount of tableware required for an afternoon...read full review

A very pleasant surprise to find this hotel based restaurant producing such excellent food; the staff were more than able to make the whole dining experience very enjoyable for which I thank them. Well done.

I was very surprised at how quiet this restaurant was for a Saturday night, it should be packed. The lovely lady that waited on us was both professional and friendly, the quality of the food was first class and the interior of the restaurant stylish. I noted that you’re having Wine evenings/dinner in the near future . I definitely hoping to be back for one of these.
