Food was excellent alittle pricey but worth it, staff were accommodating for my son that was on crutches but overall excellent place to eat.

Great caff. Lovely staff. Free parking and WiFi. Lots of space. Not really cosy but OK place to work on a laptop all morning. Great community feel. Great coffee.

The food was hot and presented ok, but definitely seemed to be "Frozen isle" grade.I was seen to quickly but after that the staff seemed more attentive to setting up their mobile phone, or mopping the floor than checking on customers. The atmosphere was, well actually it wasn't, not at all. Overall, you'd do better going to Morrisons cafe.

Fabulous food, excellent service, very good prices and the turkish delight was a fabulous touch and very much enjoyed!

I was really impressed with cafe solo. We went there for breakfast and I really couldn't fault the food - I wanted a good fry up and that's exactly what I got. The milkshake here is also some of the best I've had around Canterbury, actually made using ice cream with a dollop of cream on top. The only reason I haven't put 5 stars for the food is because it didn't wow me like my other 5 star reviews, but it was still very decent. The staff were super friendly but gave us the space we wanted to eat together, the space was clean, and we were even surprised with complimentary Turkish delight. Overall, would recommend. They have a small carpark, but there are supermarkets nearby.

By far the best hamburger in Canterbury. Classic old cafe. Quick service and great value for money.

Had a nice hot chocolate/cheese on toast here. It can get very busy at times though due to the popularity.

RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. Good little cafe, have been going for brunch for years now, and now I had to change my review after some visits under new management. This is soooo disappointing! Appalling customer service, rude, unfriendly, and always rushing customers. It's definitely not a place to meet friends/ families. You will need to eat ASAP otherwise you'll get stares from staff. I wasn't given tea or coffee even though it comes free with the breakfast deals. It's all about making as much many as possible without thinking about customers' experience. So disappointed, probably never coming back again after all the years of being loyal customers.
