Lovely evening spent with friends in this popular pub. Everyone was very friendly - the added bonus tonight was the fantastic entertainment because every Thursday is 'Open Mic Night' so we enjoyed good music.
I've stayed here three times while working in Canterbury.My room is always clean. I like the pub , the atmosphere is very relaxed and the food is very good. Free parking, even have an EV charge point !Breakfast is from the food truck in the car park, no problem in the summer though. Cool pub. Great bar staff. Nice little outside space. Recommend the open mic every Thursday. Some bands at weekends too. I've heard good things about the food, but never tried.
