I booked The Bridgewater Hotel & Spa as a last minute spa day for myself and my mum via buy a gift as a birthday treat. Our package included lunch (main and desert) optional extras for small fee and drinks A 25 minute treatment each. Use of the swimming pool and spa facilities. There is no jacuzzi which I knew but have seen other reviewers mention this. It’s a small spa - pool is a nice enough size to do some lengths with 1-1.2 metre depths. I co-ordinate the Rainham and Gravesend Ataxia Support Group and we meet bi-monthly at this lovely hotel and have done for a few years. There's plenty of room in the lovely reception with different areas set out with settees etc, a lovely area outside with chairs and tables, all wheelchair accessible which some of us need, and the staff are amazing. We have a coffee and chat and the staff are great. They also gave us a prize for our charity raffle event. Just great.

We came to Bridgewood Manor for a weekends yoga/spa break. This was a wonderful weekend. The staff at this hotel are lovely, very accommodating. The spa treatments were amazing, the pool, sauna, steamroom were great, it's a really lovely area. And Bobbie on the spa reception was so helpful going above and beyond her role no doubt.
