Very disappointing. after a few awful home deliveries which we waited up to 3 hours for to find food cold and half the order missing, we thought we would try eating in. The experience was no better! very poor service, food not brilliant. After dinner was served, no one came near us to see if food was ok or to even ask f we needed more drinks. waited 40 minutes for the bill and as we had young children, we gave up and went to find the staff ourselves. Wont be in a hurry to return.
Visited this evening with a couple of friends & we all really enjoyed it. Food was served piping hot & well cooked/presented. Lady who served us was very sweet & friendly. Thank you for a lovely meal.

The food is nice, but after a 2 and a half hour wait, and being hung up on twice, as well as 2 items being missing, we won’t be back. Only saving grace is the lovely delivery driver. Oh and also, small tip to the restaurant, try actually answering the phone with maybe a, “Hello, Jade Garden,” etc, as opposed to the grunt we got both times. Really disappointed.
