Food was just about okay wouldn’t go again disappointed on taste think Mexican people would be disappointed. Service was average for fast food. Place was a little dirty toilets where definitely Mexican authentic.

The cheesy roll up is never available to purchase from the self serve screens however, when you go to the till they staff tell me its available. I always tell them that I am unable to select it from the screens but they don't actually care. Some staff members don't acknowledge me when I tell them this.All the staff have a good chit chat amongst themselves while packing orders or waiting for customers to order and sometimes I have to wait until they stop talking and realise I am standing there waiting for their service.Their cleanliness and hygiene is not up to scratch. While packing orders I have witnessed staff sneezing repeatedly over the food packaging and bags which is disgusting!! When I brought this to their attention they dismissed it. On a different occasion I witnessed the same thing but thisntime the member of staff was coughing all over someone's order.I haven't been back to that store since.

Food is nice but not as it looks like on screen , prepared fast and fast service but I feel like they’re just trying to be fast instead of giving out well made food. Not enough meat in taco. I got a taco Tuesday meal (taco and drink) she just made me pay for a beef taco with crunchy shell without asking what I wanted wit what I don’t eat. I wanted a grill chicken taco with soft shell (got the complete opposite)

The food was good. Only the churros are too hard. The staff was kind enough to give another one but even that was not so fresh, hence they made a fresh one.. But still it didn't taste like fresh churros

This taco bell branch is an absolute JOKE. Every single time I order food here there is an issue. They never follow dietary requirements, are very rude when you speak to them about it and the food is often served cold and hard which i don’t understand as it’s literally fast food. I’ve worked in another taco bell branch and I must say the incompetence of the staff at this branch is beyond fathomable. Save yourself some money and a trip and do not eat here.(This is not based off a solo experience but many incidents).

First time at Taco Bell and liked it. It's fast food so you sort of expect what you get bit nice flavours and the salad and tomato garnished were very fresh

I was served promptly. The food arrived in about 10 minutes after ordering. The food was of good quality (considering the fact that it is fast food) and reasonably priced. I do feel however, that the burrito I ordered could have had more filling in it. The taco was quite full in comparison. I did however notice, that the staff were not consistent with regards to their customer service. I was treated fairly well by them, but I noticed them being a little rude and indifferent to two other customers, who were also ordering while I was there. The immediate vicinity around the restaurant, has parking only for residents (24/7) in the bi-lanes and double yellow lines on the main road, so do not take a risk and park nearby! If you are willing to walk for a few minutes, you will find parking available a bit further out (towards the A5 road), but only after 6:30 pm, and there is no guarantee you will find any spaces. Overall not a place you want to drive to!

The food is nice but everything is little bit spicier than one would normally hope for by personal preference only. They are very generous with the ketchup. Apple tango is wonderful and delicious! Please try. On a summers day it is a little bit hot inside so please add ice to your drink.

Service wasn’t the best since he was unclear and didn’t exactly listen to what I had said. The food was pretty good and had a clean inside. The chips were very good and had a decent price for what they were worth. Service charge was quite a lot which should be optional since they didn’t mention anything about a service charge which confused me on why my order was more than what it was on the menu. Don’t know if I’ll be coming here again.

A totally Halal menu which has all the standard fare, overall for a fast food experience it is fine. If you enjoy fast food tacos then you will love this place. All the things we had were freshly made which we appreciated.
I’’m amazed by the idea of taco Bell not selling canned and bottle drinks. They sell it only for home deliver They have pouring drink machine which tastes nasty and very artificial its not drinkable. The lady behind the counter looked really tired she was rude and obviously had a bad day.

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service and unfriendliness of the manager. He was completely rude and angry about a previous situation, which had nothing to do with me. I felt belittled and dehumanised and I definitely won’t be returning to eat at Taco Bell Colindale.

Average made tacos which definitely aren't worth the money. Dirty tables which you have to clean before seating. A noisy bunch of staff working in the kitchen. Only recommend going here if you're in a hurry.

The food is usually good, but when I got here to order, one of the ladies working here was yelling at another staff member really loud, which really puts you off. Made the environment unpleasant. She kept yelling in the kitchen too. Also saw the food being prepared without gloves on and one of the staff member clearly had a running nose. Not comfortable purchasing food here anymore.
