Food is good but they really need to pick up on the cleaning a bit especially the drinks machine wasn't very nice to see. Don't think I'll be back for a while!!

Good chicken burrito, freshly made,not spicy but full of flavor, tables in restaurant could do with a wipe down every so often and the drinks machine not working so was given a tin of Pepsi.. but most importantly burrito and fries very tasty.

Not very clean, but good food chicken is Halal they aren’t allowed to say it because it’s not certified according to HMC and new government rules, but the manager encouraged me to look at the website, just like Papa johns chicken in London is usually halal too. There is no pork here so don’t worry about cross contamination. Staff is also more busy with deliveries.

Ordered on Uber eats. Entire order was wrong. Got our mains wrong and didn’t even give our drinks or desserts despite ordering the cinnamon crunch things and also drinks with our mains. Avoid at all costs and go to the Hornchurch one instead.

Worse place I have ever been. Ordered 2 meals. Both were messed up and didnt separate vegetarian from normal meat. When I asked which is which the guy started unravelling all food with his hands. Walked out with no food and £12 out of pocket. Didnt even ask me for refund even thou I left all food on counter. Not only was I left with no food I still paid. Please stay away from this place

As you can see from past reviews it’s not the first time a customer has been treated like this. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered via the Uber eats app. & when my food was delivered I had the complete wrong order. I phoned the store and explained to the “manager” that my food was wrong and when I gave her the order number that was on the receipt she kept telling me that what I ordered was my food even though it was not. I went down there and yet again tried to explain my situation to the manager when she started gaslighting towards me and being rude and because I gave her the same energy she gave me I wasn’t given my food nor a full refund. This place is a thieving business who lacks customer care. Only person in there who was interested in my concerns and actually helped was the lady at the till. The woman at the till is worth a lot more than that job and if the store manager is treating customers like this I wonder how she treats her staff. Absolutely disgusting.

The staff are friendly and due to dietary requirements gave me the information required.My daughter had spilt her drink and was cleaned up without any fuss . Thank you , see you next week

Awful awful service. I do not know how their ‘manager’ got a job ‘managing’ their store. I work in Romford and have order with Taco Bell many times. Two times in a row my order for delivery was missing items. The first time I contacted the ‘manager’ he told me the driver must of taken the items out. Don’t see how that’s possible when the bags are stapled shut so I raised a complaint with the complaints team to be told there’s nothing they could do. Their food is NOT cheap and im sorry missing items ain’t on. I allowed it to slip as I thought it may have just been a one off. But yet again today our delivery was missing items. We kept the just eat driver with us and called the store for the ‘manager’ to accuse the driver of taking it. The driver had a massive row with them on the phone while we was there! The driver, bless his kind heart, went back and got our missing things even tho he does not get paid to right there wrongs!! The driver informed us this a common thing from Taco Bell and they always blame the drivers. It’s really sad as we love their food but their ‘customer service’ is NONE existent! I and my colleges will NEVER ever order from there again.

Customer care is absolutely disgusting here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Ordered delivery twice and both times items were missing. Raised cases with them and was told it was just eats fault. My bags were sealed and the drivers argued with the workers that they were only given one bag. For the price they charge for the little food you actually get this is disgusting. To not give people there items is a joke. Will never shop again here and have told all my customers to avoid.

Wont recomend. Was good, real good up until staff changed. Now you got all romanian working speaking romanian( screaming) while ordering they kept talking them language. 2 out of 2 items where wrong. Food tastes alot worse now. Sad. Was good place

I went at lunch time today 19/04/23 and ordered a cheese quesadilla meal (order no.34) from upon arriving home to eat my meal I was shocked to find it was a chicken quesadilla which was not something I can eat due to myself being a vegetarian. This is something I do not take lightly and feel as if a refund would be the best option or at least the curtesy to ring back after calling and explaining that they would resolve the issue. I’ve been Taco Bell and never had an issue so this is new but I’m not happy and will not be coming again. !!! ?

For some reason, Taco Bell keeps their toilets closed from customers. There's no space to eat in (especially with kids) they have limited space.While I was waiting for my order, 2 customers returned with their orders for missing content.Overall, I had a good experience with the staff and order, except for the use of toilet and no space to eat in.Parking: The parking is crowded most of the time.

Wouldn't recommend. I got 5 chicken strips with nacho cheese sauce which cost £4.99. Absolutely overpriced considering the chicken was small and dry while the sauce was tasteless and watery. Also the waiting time is more than 30 minutes if you order through there app. The staff were also unhelpful however one guy was yelling that the order only comes to them 5-10 minutes before the collection time.
