We were walking part of the Coastal Path & in the vicinity of this cafe so called off for coffee & cakes one afternoon. It was a busy cafe, with quite a number of tables inside as well as a few outside. There was a pretty large menu with both hot & cold food on offer. We haven't been in this cafe in a few years and were meeting some friends. We were pleasantly surprised that it is so much bigger and brighter with a very nice menu for meat eaters and vegetarians. Lovely range of cakes too. Staff were very friendly. Dogs are also welcome and are given a dog biscuit. The food we had was very nice and arrived quickly. Called in for tea and cake with a centenarian and we were so well looked after. Delicious bakewell tart and best ever amazing pecan pie. We brought some to take home. And we'll be back for more.
