I’m just getting around to leaving this review from over the summer as it’s important to highlight good experiences. I frequently visit this Tasty as it’s my local and usually have standard experience. For a celebration, I ordered meat pie and puff puff online, but made a mistake on my order with the collection date. Cynthia got in contact and her and Onye were fantastic to help me resolve the issue. The small chops went down well for the occasion. All in all it was great customer service, so thanks ladies. I will be ordering more for upcoming Christmas celebration.

I ordered ofe oha soup with assorted online, and I was really disappointed that I paid £14 for trash it contains ruminants of stockfish and a piece of shaki. You people need to do well by fearing God with what you serve your customers.

What a shame!!! I ordered online for a pick up of bulky puff puff for 1:30pm. I got to the store and realised my order was not made. I had to wait till 3:30pm before they made it. The most annoying part of it was when the manager told my sister that the order was ready by 2pm and she had to sell them when she didn't see anyone to pick it up. I must confess that I am highly dissapointment by the dartford tasty team members for their lack of professional etiquette. I demand a full refund for the inconvenience. If there was anything less than 1 star I would gladly give rather than 1 star you dont deserv a star as I am so disgusted by the unprofessional team.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I never leave a bad review but every dog has their day. I ordered £30 worth of food from here today hoping it was going to be lovely for me and my partner. The worst food I have ever had in my life. EVERYTHING was cold, tasteless and made me feel sick. Being wrapped in cling film was pointless seen as it had been in a fridge there was no heat to hold. Myself and my partner had 2 mouthfuls of the jallof rice and gagged. From an African restaurant?? The soups and sauces were congealed and had clearly been in a fridge all day or longer. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and heat it up ourselves it still tasted vile. We spat it out it was that bad!The meat was either all skin or all fat. Small small chunks of meat.I was embarrassed for them to even call or bring it back. After reading the reviews I fear to even ring seeing as staff are so rude.I love African food and I was so looking forward to it. Moving forward either they need to serve fresh food or shut down.0 star rating all round.

Food is good but the service in store is absolutely rubbish! I want to support this business but the service needs to improve, orders are nearly always wrong, queues are always long for no reason and it is clear to see there is no order or process in place so the team can function properly. Glad some of the dishes are in sainsburys as it cuts out this mess.
