I’m just getting around to leaving this review from over the summer as it’s important to highlight good experiences. I frequently visit this Tasty as it’s my local and usually have standard experience. For a celebration, I ordered meat pie and puff puff online, but made a mistake on my order with the collection date. Food is good but the service in store is absolutely rubbish! I want to support this business but the service needs to improve, orders are nearly always wrong, queues are always long for no reason and it is clear to see there is no order or process in place so the team can function properly. Glad some of the dishes are in sainsburys as it cuts out this mess.

Sadly, they don't seem to have water when you eat here(in a restaurant). Last two visits, no water. Had to buy malt. Glass was dirty, pointed it out. Waiter was polite and explained it was dishwasher mark as well as dust from non usage over sometime. Today, I brought my water. Card machine playing up this time but I came prepared regardless as I had liquid cash.Still keep coming here because the food is very very nice hence I gave a five star rating previously.Now it is going...read full review
