We stayed in the Pub for two nights with our dog.The whole team where very friendly and accommodating.There is a really nice local atmosphere in the pub.The food, we had breakfasts and an evening meal which both where Well cooked, high quality, well presented, delicious meals.The room we stayed in was huge, clean and well equipped.It can be tricky to find good quality dog freindly placed to stay so we would highly recommend the Rose & Crown to anybody.The location is also very...read full review
Great lunch. The pub has a refreshed feel, we were greeted on arrival and had a delicious lunch. A good menu choice and the food arrived hot and well presented. Would definitely recommend and hope that this lovely old pub thrives under its new management.

A nice pub, only had a beer and left but felt welcome, nice outdoor area, lovely fireplace with fire going, billiards table, served spitfire lager so defo will be returning in near
