“Return visit after some time.Tuesday night quiet everywhere in Folkestone but Zen pretty busy.Their successful formula is good food,reasonable prices and friendly efficient service. Nice selection of curries,rice noodles etc so spoilt for choice-we had smoked chicken,satay and crispy chilli beef for starters and mains were 2 katsu curries[one lemon] and kungpo chicken-plus 2 soft drinks and one beer.Food tasty and very good portions-nearly all customers had containers to take home food they were unable to finish.With mains about £7 and rice with it for £3 you can eat pretty well for £10-12 which these days is pretty good-our bill for 3 was £50. Strange kitsch decor but thats part of its charm.”
