Regular at the Goods Yard but wanted to swerve the Saturday drinkers so headed up the Harbour Arm for a seafood fix. This was circa 7pm and the places on the arm had sold out of mussels and was directed to the Gods Yard. Was served swiftly and efficiently by the team and the wait with a beeper and cold pint was 10 mins max. We had the Thai and the Rochfort mussels and both were first class and excellent value for money at £12 a portion. As good as I have had in expensive restaurants. Will definitely return. I understand that it had to be served in recyclable containers and cutlery, which is the only downside, but next time will bring my own spoon.
It was one the most tasty and flavour full mussel I had this year.The staff is friendly and very welcoming.I had to go back and find out who cook them as they were delicious and fresh.Sorry I did not get her name but she is a star.It almost tasted as good as Gordon Ramsay one’s
